To become verified for a Line of credit account;
VERIFIED SELLERS qualify for an open account with an increased credit line. To qualify, your registeration information must be accurate and current. Your name, phone number, physical address, email address and IP address must match the ownership shown on your account.
We allow P.O. Box addresses but a physical address must be on record to qualify for an account.
Prepaid accounts are available and will increase your credit line for an open account.
Credit cards on-file are accepted to increase your open account credit line. (Do not include this with your request from our system) We will send you our secure email address and procedures to keep the information private. We do not store this information on our system server or the internet.

This will keep your auctions fresh and current with closing and new for the duration of the auto relist. | |

Once you are satisfied with your listing,
Go to our Bulk Applications; select and download to your computer.
Follow the installation for setup.
Once setup, download your bidOwl listing to the bulklister to better understand the order and where everything is placed on the bulk lister. Save this file to use as a reference and to make any alterations to your actual eBay listings.
Once you are comfortable with the program you can download from eBay make any changes and then upload to bidOwl.
Start with one or two auctions for your first upload just to make sure that all data is lining up properly in each field. |

The auction watch features notifies you of newly listed auctions which contain keywords
you have chosen. For example if you are looking for a Playstation 2 you could enter in
those keywords from within your members area. Each time a new auction is listed
containing the term Playstation 2 you will be notified via this web-site. You can enter in as
many keywords as you like.

| Buy it now prices are set by the seller, if you agree with that price, you can click on the Buy Now button which is displayed on the auction details page. After clicking on the button you will be re-directed to a confirmation page. On a standard auction that auction will end instantly as the item has been sold via Buy it now. |

On a Dutch Auction, the auctioneer has more items of the same product for sale. The
bidder will enter a maximum bid he is willing to pay for an item, and the number of items he
wants to purchase. The highest bidder(s) will receive the number of items they have bid
on, and the remaining bidders will receive the number of items still available. Buyers are
able to bid more than once for the same item. Enable Dutch Auction for multiple items
when using BuyNow listings.
On a Dutch auction,
you can enter the amount of items you wish to buy (depending on the
quantity available). If you purchase less than there are available in total, the auction will
remain open with the number of items left available after you have purchased the amount
you want.
Feedback system
Please use the message board for all email messages as this area is intended for final
assessment of all transactions. No elaborate mathematical schemes are used to determine
feedback. Total feedback score consists of the actual number of clicks or stars that
are left by either party. 5 stars left equals 5 clicks added to the existing total score.
Once a sale has been processed, both the seller and the buyer will be able to leave
feedbacks for each other. The feedback rating is from one star to five stars, and a
feedback comment can also be left. The feedback can be left from the Feedback tab from
the Members Area. The feedback can only be left once, and it cannot be edited
afterwards. When either buyer or seller leaves feedback and no responsive feedback is received,
the system will automatically leave the highest feedback score by proxy within 30 days of transaction date.
Disputed feedbacks should be worked out by both parties not by bidOwl. We do not support ridiculous
fees under the guise of negations as a means of revenue. Reporting disputes within our system will only result
in removal of said feedback for both parties.
The site admin monitors feedbacks daily and reserves its right to delete improper, malicious or untrue feedbacks.

As a seller, your Feedback rating is your life support system on any auction site. When a buyer is interested in making a purchase, most refer to a Sellers feedback to review their history. If you are new to our site, or have yet to establish a solid feedback history, you can import your Feedback Levels from other auction sites, to give you that added selling advantage. Its fast, free, and should be one of your top priorities.
How it works:
You place a special Verification Code that we provide to you, on a specified page, on the site from which you want your feedback to be imported from. You enter the username that you use on the specified site, press the Retrieve button, and our spider will do the rest, automagically. |

How To Bid
If you have spotted on item you would like to place a bid on you can do so quickly and
easily by following these steps:- Login to your account If you have not registered
you can do so within 5 minutes Visit the auction page near the bottom of the auction
description page you will see a bidding box, you can use the shortcut link to the bidding
box if you wish. Enter in your bid, note you must bid above the minimum bid required Click
on the place bid button You will then be asked to confirm you bid, once you have done so
your bid will be entered, if successful you will receive a confirmation message. If you bid
fails to outbid the current high bidder you will be offered the option to place a higher bid.
Proxy bidding can aid your chances of winning an auction and help avoid you being outbid
at the last moment.
To place a proxy bid enter in the maximum price you are willing to pay
for the item. If another user places a bid on the same auction automatic bids will be placed
on your behalf in accordance with your maximum bid amount. With proxy bidding you will
pay the lowest possible price until someone else places a higher bid. There is another way

First Step, select the main category of the product or service you want to sell. This
feature has been made in order to ease the subcategory choosing process. No items can
be sold by choosing only the main category; you will have to choose a subcategory for it. |

The second step is entering the auction details, settings, payment methods available, and
choosing a category. An image that will come with the auction is free of charge, but the
admin may charge for adding additional pictures. On the Auction Settings tab, you can
choose the type of the auction, the start price, whether to activate buy now or set a reserve
price. Also, you will be able to choose what type of bid increment to use, the progressive
one implemented into the site (that can be edited from the admin area), or a custom one. If
you choose the custom one, you will have to enter an increment value. You will also be
able to choose whether to feature the item, and the duration of the auction. After setting
the location, shipping and payment and subcategory, and by clicking on the Next Step
button, you will be redirected to |

Step Three, where you can review the auction before submitting. If everything is in order,
you can click on the Submit button, and will be redirected to the payment page, or a
confirmation page, if no fees have to be paid. The auction is activated once the payment is
confirmed by the payment gateway, or instantly, if no fees need to be paid. |

The item watch features lets you keep a close eye on any auction without having to place a
bid on it. This feature means you can be kept up to date on how an auction is doing and
prepares you to place a winning last minute bid. You can watch any auction by clicking on
the Watch this item link on any auction page.

| Manage all selling activity on this page. The Opened Auctions area, where you will see details of auctions you currently have open; if no bids were submitted yet on an open auction, you are able to edit the auction. The Closed Auctions area, where you will see the auctions submitted by yourself, and that were closed. You can choose to edit, delete or re-list a closed auction. On the Sold Items area, you will see the items you have sold, and by clicking on the Sold Items link, you will be redirected to a page where you will see the details of the buyer. If an end of auction fee is due, then the seller will have to pay for the end of auction fee in order to see the details. Sellers must Send an Invoice to view buyers details including a comma delimited cut and paste download script to process the order for shipping. Sellers can set Pre Filled information for all listings such as shipping terms that will be auto filled on any listing. |

| Advertise your home page or business web site from bidOwl. You can add your URL using Iframe script or create a new link with the HTML editor. Messaging is supported to keep your email address private but all transactions including payments received is managed by you. We suggest a shopping cart program like Zencart to manage your store. |

| Personal Info You can edit your personal information using this page, except for your username. You can also change the password for the account. site and sell directly from within bidOwl. Javascript & Iframes are allowed to enhance your web

auction site. You manage the whole transaction including your own shopping cart or PayPal links.

| Registering
Registration is simple and only takes a matter minutes. To start the signup process, click
on the register link at the top of this page. Only users with the age over 21 years are able
to register. The next step is to fill in all your information, failure to supply all the required
information will result in an error. By clicking on the Register button from the bottom of the
page, you will be redirected to a page with a link to the payment gateway if the signup fee
is activated, or to a confirmation page, if signup is free. Your account will be activated
instantly if there is no signup fee, or once the payment has been confirmed by the
payment gateway.
| A word about Shipping Fees |
| Unlike other auction sites, there is no need to start your item at a low price then adjust the shipping fees to compensate for listing fees as bidOwl does not charge a fee for the insertion. You are charged a minimal end of auction fee based on the total value that you auction sold for plus any optional upgrades that were added to enhance the auction. |

| We have found that shoppers are much more informed about the actual value of goods as well as the cost of shipping and take the overall price into consideration before making a buying decision. We recommend that you do not fall into the sell low and ship high trap and to list your goods at a fair price and to charge them the actual shipping costs including the costs of packing materials. Keep in mind that you are not paying extorted selling fees. In the example below the most you would pay is around 12% for a $49.99 item sold if you include the normal selling features. |

- If it looks too good to be true. Question the Merchant and ask for more proof. Referrals, feedback on other sites and references from other buyers especially on high ticket items. Not all good deals are to be considered suspicious as this is the nature of an auction.

- Basic instinct is hard to beat. If you question it, maybe you should pass it up.

- Request shipping information. Package tracking number and if insured an Insurance claim number.

- Try to use a secure payment method such as Postal money orders, PayPal or Google Checkout instead of supplying a credit card number or even a personal check.
